These ciders are made from a selection of traditional French apple verieties which are
grown organically. A slow fermentation process allows the sparkling effect to occur
naturally in the bottle and lets the best aromas and flavours to develop. This method sometimes produces a small, harmless deposit in the bottle, but avoids the need for pasteurisation or the addition of more carbonic gas. To appreciate the cider at its best-serve chilled.
