RED WINES
DOC Valpolicella 2006 Non Oaked - Fasoli Gino

  • Light but incredibly fruity.
  • Red fruits and spicy notes on the palate and balanced by just a hint of sweetness. Perfect with a plate of pasta or on its own.
  • Can be served chilled

DOC Valpolicella Classico 2005 - Fasoli Gino

  • A cracking wine that is made from top-quality grapes.
  • Oak-aged, the result is a wine with a big personality; spicy blackberry fruits with a raising and vanilla finish.
  • Very fine with food

Rosso Dell’Umbria IGT 2006

  • 50% Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Barbera, Ciliegiolo
  • Bright ruby in colour
  • Juicy red fruit, soft and rounded, with pleasant tobacco undertones
  • Grapes are harvested, picked off the bunches and macerated for about 2 weeks at a controlled temperature.  Afterwards, they are crushed and fermented in cement tanks.

Sangiovese Colli Martani DOC Bio 2005    Sangiovese

  • 100% Sangiovese
  • 70% in stainless steel, 30% in barriques
  • Intense morello cherry and fruits of the forest
  • Harmonious and velvety
          • Ruby Red, tending to garnet with ageing

WHITE WINE

DOC Soave Borgoletto 2006 - Fasoli Gino

  • This Soave is dominantly garganega with just a touch of trebbiano. It comes with an appealing floral, refreshing and aromatic palate. A class above many other Soave wines, this has plenty of character from beginning to end.

Bianco Umbria IGT Bio 2007

  • Trebbiano, Grechetto, Pinot Bianco
  • Maturation in stainless steel tanks
  • Fruity, fragrant, young
  • Grapey, lively, fresh, slightly tangy and well-balanced
  • Straw colour with greenish tones

Grechetto Colli Martani DOC Bio 2007

  • Grechetto Grape variety
  • Matured in stainless steel tanks
  • Delightfully fruity, intense,
  • Robust, tangy with a pleasant, bitterish aftertast
  • Bright straw colour
