Rosso Dell’Umbria IGT 2006
- 50% Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Barbera, Ciliegiolo
- Bright ruby in colour
- Juicy red fruit, soft and rounded, with pleasant tobacco undertones
- Grapes are harvested, picked off the bunches and macerated for about 2 weeks at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, they are crushed and fermented in cement tanks.
