WHITE WINE

Live-A-Little Wildly Wicked White 2007 - Stellar Organics (Also available in mini bottles)

  • Upfront, soft and fruity. The ideal wine for anytime, any place!
  • Made from colombard and sauvignon blanc grapes.
  • These grapes come from an organic farm in Kakamas on the Orange River.
  • The grapes were grown on an overhead trellis system. This provided the bunches with just the right amount of dappled sunlight, whilst keeping the bunches high enough off the ground to stay cool.
  • The grapes were picked by hand into sponge-lined plastic crates, chilled to 10 degrees Celsius and transported to the cellar in a refrigeration truck. Chilled further to 0 degrees Celsius, they were pressed.
  • Some lees contact to avoid the use of too much so2 has given this wine a softer, fuller character.
  • Fairtrade approved
